All confidential sessions are about an hour. Typically we go over your past and present overall wellbeing. It is also common for clients to share what they would like to manifest in their lives or patterns they would like to release.
You, the client, will then lay on a massage table (fully clothed) and the 'Energy Healing' process begins as your body receives contact. Energy is transmitted through my hands onto your body. This deep contact, unlike massage, allows your body to let go and receive energy differently.
